webcolors
A library for working with and converting between the color formats defined in HTML and CSS.
Supports the RGB color formats of HTML 4, CSS 1, CSS 2 and CSS 3, as well as the color parsing and serialization algorithms of HTML5.
This library knows why Chuck Norris is a color.
